The Streets Kendal Calling Festival 2009

“Kendal is calling me”, Mike tweeted, it called us as well. We’re going to Kendal Calling festival.

July 30th

The night before the gig Laura, Ozzy & I took the train from Bloemendaal (train stop is only 3 minutes walk from my villa) to the airport. We flew to Liverpool, John Lennon Airport. We stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotel there, as we arrived very late. We rented a car last night.

The Streets Cardiff Calling Festival 2007

Cardiff, Wales, August 25th 2007

I wanted to go to Reading and Leeds festival to see The Streets, haven’t seen them since August last year, my best friend Ozzy needed a proper summer holiday, euhm a proper summer holiday in England? Yeah why not…. we decide to plan that holiday in England, around this festival. The Streets never played at that festival this year. We go camping in England .
