Yesterday we went to Best Kept Secret festival in the Netherlands. Today we go to Cologne in Germany. It’s father’s day, so we have a very big breakfast with Mark and Roos at Van der Valk hotel in Sassenheim first. Ozzy joins us as well.

Today is my husband, Mark’s birthday, but I’m allowed to see The Streets today. Thanks hun!
My daughter Roos (pronounce: Rose) has her horse riding lesson today. I will watch her first, then Mark drops me off at the train station in Hillegom. And that on his birthday. Bless him. Roos will help younger kids with horse riding by walking next to the horse and coach them and she will help the teacher with scooping poop.

We booked the cruise ship “SS Rotterdam” on Friday January 17th. We will be staying here tonight. We were supposed to stay at Ozzy’s, but Matthew is coming to this gig as well and was looking for a place to stay. Ozzy mentioned this. And we liked this so much that we decided to book a night here. Also Matthew is staying here.

We woke up at about 9am at my uncle’s house in Amsterdam. We all took a shower, my uncle gave us some breakfast. Bless him. And at about 10.45am we were in the car on our way to Luxembourg. Laura, Ozzy & I arrived there at the Threeland Hotel within 4 hours. Then we grabbed our stuff, that we needed for the gig and took the car into town.

We arrived at about 1.15 pm checked in the Ibis hotel, searched for a fridge magnet, for the bar owner Fred of the pub de Tempelier in Haarlem, as we always give him one, he collects them, but couldn’t find one…at about 4ish we met up with Emma Jones. After our gig in Amsterdam, we were very excited and wanted more gigs. We checked the internet and we found the France gig, that the girls we met in Amsterdam, were going to. We googled more and we found a gig in Luxembourg.
I got a ticket for the Streets in Luxembourg for my birthday from Ozzy, an early present, as my birthday isn’t until July 24th.
