The Streets agdcff in Groningen 2026

Groningen, The Netherlands, June 20th 2026

The boys are doing 2 shows in Holland. They are not coming to Amsterdam this time. They are going to Groningen (and Tilburg tomorrow). It doesn’t matter. Holland is Holland. I’m going!

Mark’s birthday was on 8th of June, but he is celebrating his birthday today. He does that every 2 years, while there is a Holland World Cup or European cup game like today. The Football game is the support act. Orange is the dress code for todays game. I won’t be there tho. He doesn’t like it much that I’m not there. but these shows were announced first. The boys were first. sorry love. I was home on your real birthday. Just not on the party.

Strange Days Indeed is also going to today.

Roos’s horse riding lesson is usually at 1pm, I wouldn’t be able to go, but because it’s getting very warm today, they changed it to 10am. I can go now. Ozzy came over last night. He will come to the horse stables as well. We leave right after the lesson. Roos has to ride on Pien.

It’s about 3 hours drive. It’s further then Oberhausen LOL. But we’ll have a break for food and coffee. 

We arrive just before 2. We park the car. Then we walk around. There is a flea market. We have some ice cream here. Then we walk further. They had a sleigh horse stand. I’ll buy one when I get back later.

In the centre we have a few drinks. There is Pride Groningen as well. It was so warm, I didn’t really want to walk further, but it wasn’t that far. Glad I did. There are some fun shows on the stage. After a few drinks, we walk to FEBO for some food.

Then it’s time to walk back to the car. We go to the flea market, I wanted to buy a Sleigh horse but the market was gone when we came back. Sorry Roos next time I see them, I’ll get one for you. I drop my Hidden Mickey sunglasses in the car and off we go to the venue. We have a drink in the bar The Mix, a restaurant from the venue. Then it’s time to wait for the service desk to open for the guestlist ticket. 

We got the tickets. We still have to wait a few minutes for the doors to open. But the doors open at 6:30. I buy the keychain. I wanted the water bottle, but it’s sold out.

We have to fight to get to the front…. Not. LOL

There are more people here to watch the football, but they took a seat. The football starts at 7. It’s the support act. Holland is playing Sweden today. 

We see Baz. He comes over to say hello.

During the football, he comes over a few times to watch. But he has work to do, so he doesn’t stay for the whole game. Holland wins from Sweden. 5-1. Thanks to Brobbey, Gakpo & Summerville. 

The bar that was holding the screen, won’t go up. We have to wait 40 minutes for it to work again. The gig can start.

The thing about Bryan Brobbey, he’s fit! He’s fitter then you anyway 😂

Mike replays one of the goals. He is Brobbey, someone else plays Gakpo and another guy needs to play the Swedish goaly. The who plays Gakpo, needs to throw a cup over the goaly and Mike goes behind the cup crowdsurfing over the goaly as well GOAL!!

At the end Mike was standing in front of me, and people were pushing, I get pushed against him, but I could move my head around him, and hold him. He asked if I was ok. Yeah I’m all good. I loved this. I didn’t mind and I was squeezed against him. LOL

After the gig, Baz gives me the setlist. Thank you so much!!!

I also bought the silver lighter. I have the golden and the silver lighter now.

I can order the sold out water bottle online, but it’s €45 euros because of the shipping. I’m not sure yet. I also want the streets towel. But I prefer a used one lol. I need to think about ordering them.  

We walk around the venue towards the tourbus. A couple recognised us “Hey you were up front from the start!” Very funny!!

We see Kevin. We have a little chat. 

Then it’s time to walk towards the car. We can leave the parking pretty quickly. But we’re hungry, we drive to nearest McDonald’s. It’s closed, but we can join the queue for the Mac drive still. Let’s do that. 

After we finish our food, it’s time to drive home. 2 hours to go. We’re home at 2:30. Good night all. Ozzy drove pretty fast.
